From Repair Shop to Luxury Automobile Storage Facility

Before Green Pastures Motors became a reality, our facility housed several other businesses within its walls. In preparation for the launch of our brand, we acquired the areas of the building that were being rented out to began the process of our construction and remodeling efforts.

Prior to storing luxury vehicles, our building was home to a comprehensive vehicle repair and restoration shop. When the decision was made to transition the shop into a luxury automobile storage facility, important changes needed to be made within the building.

Before the Transition

Every decision about the facility was based off of how to most effectively ensure the safety and security of the vehicles that will be stored here. With that as our primary goal, an important aspect of our remodel included a complete security system upgrade.

On the construction side of the remodel, we chose to remove several interior walls of our facility to provide more storage space for vehicles, and to allow for easier navigation through the building. Our team’s 30+ years of experience in the automobile industry, influenced our design and remodeling choices so that our facility would be extremely efficient and secure.

During Construction

The rest of our newly remodeled facility is designed to cater to our members. We intentionally created our meeting room and lounge as amenities for our members to enjoy.
